FIRST, WE get ready
Set up a quiet, comfortable space to fully immerse yourself, as the session will be held on Zoom.
introduction (15 min)
We explore the nature of fear, set a personal intention, and prepare your mind for the session.
breathwork (45 min)
You will experience a guided SOMA breathwork journey using rhythmic breathing and breath holds to shift your state and release fear (also includes immersive sound and rhythm)
closing & integration (15 min)
After the session, it's time to reflect on your journey, ground yourself, and carry newfound clarity and strength into your daily life.
By the end of the session, you'll feel a shift in how you relate to fear and learn to move through it rather than be controlled by it.

WHERE IS THIS SESSION HELD?
This session is held online via Zoom and runs for 75 minutes. You can join from anywhere in the world - just find a quiet space, put on your headphones, and get ready to breathe through the fear.
Do I need breathwork experience?
No, this session is designed for all levels, whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have practiced before. You’ll be guided every step of the way, making it easy to follow and fully immerse yourself in the experience.
What do I need FOR THIS SESSION?
All you need is a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a comfortable place to sit or lie down, and a good pair of headphones to enhance the immersive sound experience. Most importantly, bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE SESSION?
You’ll receive detailed instructions beforehand, but in general, it’s best to avoid eating a heavy meal right before the session. Wear comfortable clothing, have some water nearby, and give yourself a few minutes before we start to settle in and get present.
Will there be recordings?
No, this session is live and will not be recorded. This is to maintain a safe and private space for everyone to fully engage in the moment without distractions or concerns about being recorded.
What happens after the session?
After the session, take some time to reflect, journal, or just sit with how you feel. Drink water, move gently, and give yourself space to integrate the experience. You may feel energized, emotional, or deeply relaxed, whatever arises is completely normal.
